Guy and I have just finished an exciting chocolate truffle making workshop, courtesy of Guy’s brother, Harry. We decided to maximise output by making lots of little truffles. We made 142 truffles between us, piggedout on buttons and chocolate fountain and learnt lots about the arts of chocolatiers.
We coated the chocolates in tempered chocolate and rolled them in toppings –
– icing sugar
– or kept it plain and topped with a dark chocolate button.
Then we packaged them up in little celophane bags and decorated them with curled coloured ribbons.
