We made these for the husband’s birthday. Because, you know, it’s tradition to take cakes into work for your birthday. I have instructions and got bits out/tidied away, and he baked.
So far, we’ve only eaten what was stuck to the baking paper… But they were the Best Brownies Evah.
Well, admittedly, they did have a third extra chocolate in them. But the butter was a mixture of real butter, spread and oil: for the sugar, white, vanilla and dark muscavodo. Just because, why plan ahead? They were probably the least reproducible brownies I’ve attempted… But hey, have a go!
